Passed away at Hospital Cases: Hospital will issue a death certificate for individual, and please contact our agents for assistance.

As-need refers to immediately products or funeral services needed. Clients require funeral services immediately upon the dismissal of their loved ones.

Pre-need describes the arrangement and payment of a funeral prior to death. Preneed products or services are specifically designed for clients to reduce the cost and to have protection against the rising cost.

• Nirvana Life Plan requires a minimum of 30 days waiting period to be eligible for Pre-need, else it would be considered to be As-need.
• Before an individual exercise Nirvana Life Plan/Niche/Land, the remaining balance of installment should be paid off.     

Funeral can be held at our Nirvana parlors, third-party owned funeral parlors, churches or clients home(if permitted).
